The Burnley bosses seem to have accepted their position in the grand scheme of things and Dyche seems to be darned near to being there for life regardless of what happens.

Yesterday, Burnley sell Wood for £25m & then get tomorrow's match postponed due to a lack of players.

Is it me or has the world gone mad???

Sounds like they wouldn't have had enough with Wood on roster still..

Apparently they are interested in signing Reading's ANDY CARROLL.
How desperate are they?

Come the weekend, Dyche's bullies will be three or four games behind the majority of clubs.

Always rather have the points, than games in hand.

They didn't have a choice in regards to selling Wood as he had a clause in his contract allowing him to move if a club paid a certain transfer fee.

Tbf you dont get 11 goals and 8 assists when you are 21/22 at Premier league level in just half a season if you dont have some talent.

Thats what he did for Newcastle that season he left for Liverpool in January. Unfortunately he was an unprofessional twat who couldn't stop getting into fights and boozing and ended up wrecking his body and wasting his talent.

Still glimpses of that player from a decade ago still remain

They've requested tomorrow's game with Watford being postponed. Nothing to do with Cornet not being available? :duno:

That means they'll have 6 games they need to play at some point. Just glad we've played them twice already.

Hope using the covid card backfires on them.

Burnley's February fixtures are:

Manure (h)
Liverpool (h)
Palace (a)
Brighton (h)

They're doomed anyway tbh. No way there's three sides worse than them, even Norwich are better than them!

I think they are gone too, SG

Worst team I've seen in the PL this season.

No doubt their game at Arsenal will be cancelled with both clubs playing the covid card.

Strange both Arsenal & Burnley have players away in the African Nations Cup plus sold or loaned players
