He was awful until the goal. Looked like Bamford coming back from injury. Couldn't get his brain and feet in sync. But then he did take his goal brilliantly. He's back!
Tbf I think goals have been all Rodrigo has been good for this season.
Vital of course.
But his pressing has always been lethargic, hold up play lacking and link play iffy (he is 3rd worst for poor touches per game).
For aslonf as he keeps scoring he is worth it but its all he brings.
You don't see him praised for the other stuff like Bamford has been before.
Rodrigo is only the second Leeds United player to score in three consecutive league appearances against Wolves, after Allan Clarke who scored in four in a row between 1969 and 1971.

Asked in the match thread if he had touched the ball.
He did
5 times in 26 minutes
1 touch every 5 minutes
Made 3 passes (100% accurate)
Might be the most ineffective substitute in history
Pretty certain you were calling for him and Rutter to come on. Our forward line is pants with the way we are playing - they are having to play as target men because we have played into a punting the ball upfield team. We do not have anyone who can play that role effectively - here is the pragmatic football you were crying out for.

Rodrigo no
I've not called for him to play at all (don't rate him)
You can knock the forwards till doomstay but spiderboy has turned into jellyboy and without a firm foundation you will not win a game.
He has cost us points all season and is getting worse.
Kiko would be an upgrade as would BPF.
