In terms of value for money, £30mil and £100k a week he has to be a top 5 worst ever?
Surprised you aren't bald as a coot watching this lot over the years
As a player with coming up on 30 caps for Spain, he was never going to be cheap.
He contracted Covid, he's fallen out of the Spanish team. It hasn't worked out for Leeds or him. But if he's here next season and Phillips and Raphinha are not, I'll be cheering on only 1 of that 3.
To be honest Courtney wasn’t that bad, I just felt she wittered on unnecessarily at times. But that is just my perspective, probably didn’t help because of the tension. Definitely no where near as bad as Andy Hinchcliffe or Don Goodman, when they co-commentate a Leeds game I just mute the sound.

What a great angle to show Joffy bamboozling 2 defenders at once. MOTD angle didnt show it in its full glory.
Absolutely sublime.
Agree about the bias by co-commentator. Terrible.
Jack is in the East Stand, so any action down the left-hand side is much clearer than the official cameras situated in the West Stand.
Angus Kinnear did not shy away from labelling the game "the most important in our recent history" in his programme notes, But he also managed to irritate supporters by calling on them "to unburden the team of the tension arising such a fixture"
"Careful Angus, the best way to relieve the players pressures, you might argue, would have been to strengthen their number in the New Year. Instead, Leeds spent nothing. They gambled by refusing to spin the wheel, they watched as the odds continued to stack against them. If Leeds are relegated, the blames lies with the board"
I was just watching the highlights again and thought is that why you play Llorente over Cresswell, the ability to pick out that pass.
Not saying Charlie can't do it, I suppose that idea that a continental player has more inbuilt ability to put his foot on the ball and pick out a pass. And I found myself applauding Joffy even more for what he did, not because he achieved it but because he actually believes he had the ability to do it.
Any Citeh or Pool play does that and it gets a 1000 words in the paper. BBC website said "bundled" over by Gelhardt

I couldn't believe that comment when I read it yesterday
I thought for a second Llorent was going to take the shot on and my heart sank but then he showed composure for once and picked the perfect pass to Joffy...I was absolutely amazed ! ....even more amazed at what Joffy came up with !!!
