The 26-year-old is Fulham boss Marco Silva's first signing since they won promotion to the Premier League in May.

Fulham have signed French defender Issa Diop from West Ham in a £15m deal.

Centre-back Diop made 96 Premier League appearances for the Hammers after joining from French side Toulouse in 2018, scoring six goals.

Mitrovic already scored more goals than in Fulham's previous PL campaign.

Willian is quite a signing for them too. Wonder how their Best XI looks. Is Dan James an automatic pick?

Both Forest & Fulham have surprised me with their signings.

I had both down to finish in the bottom four, unsure now :duno:

Thank god some of the established PL teams have got off to a bad start.

The jury is still out on Fulham and Forest, despite their signings.

Nice to see the hierarchy being shaken up a little. Villa, Leicester, Everton really struggling. All 3 managers might struggle to make it through September.

Wouldn't be surprised, Andrew.

Let's hope their boards replace them with duds.

We really need to make hay with points in this early part of the season before Fulham and Forest settle down, and teams like Leicester, Everton, Villa inevitably turn the corner. I think the bottom 12 places of the Prem are going to be a real slugfest this season.
