Watford have named Slaven Bilic as their new boss on an 18-month deal after sacking Rob Edwards just 11 games into his tenure.

Always had a soft spot for Slaven and had hopes of him taking the reins at Leeds.

Watford must be a gift.

After a good start which saw Hecky have Sheffield United top of the league 3 points clear of 2nd and 5 points clear of 3rd after 10 games it seems his luck has ran out.

Only 3 points from 6 fixtures

Has seen them drop to 4th, 4 points off the top and the automatics and with the potential to be as low as 6th by Monday.

Looks like Sheffield United may have got there dare to dream takeover . (Never us).

Close to being taken over by Nigerian billionaire Dozy Mmobuosi.

He has a net worth of £7billion which would make him the 4th richest owner if they get promoted

He has already injected money into the club to pay wages and bills.

He told the club to keep star players Iliman Ndiaye and Sander Berge in January.

Exciting times for dem Blades

Do they have to send their bank account details first ?

Whisper it quietly but the old boy may be doing it again.

Huddersfield now unbeaten in 3

Beat 5th placed Millwall

Drew with 7th placed Norwich

And pulled a shock by beating 3rd placed Middlesbrough yesterday.

Only in relegation zone on goal difference.

May soon be "just one more season Sharon" time

Can do it at those smaller teams but was always the wrong manager for us.

Burnley promoted with ease from the Championship

Could also become one of the very few teams to get past the 100 point mark.

Brilliant job from Kompany.

Only small concerns are it's a low standard league this season imo.

And 3 or 4 of Burnley's key players are on loan.

Left back Ian Maatsen
Centre back Taylor- Harwood Bellis
Top scorer Nathan Tella
Centre back Jordan Beyer

And 2 of there main strikers are well in there 30s.

Ashley Barnes and Jay Rodriguez.

Will need to spend but Kompany has done a great job and has helped them sign some talented players.

I'd be surprised if we came straight back up, our club is in a mess!

So many issues to sort out in the summer.

So Colin won't be retiring to Cornwall just yet.
