Funny that Javi gets s**t for trying to protect the like of Gnonto and Rutter but the fans wont allow it

How do you mean?
Gnonto is fine to play all the game time he wants imo.
Rutter shouldn’t be anywhere near the first team on the run in.

That I how you can ruin good talent.
Too much too soon and they can hit a lower ceiling quality wise.

Pep did not rush Foden as he knows it.

Why do you think the development leagues have so few games?

Plenty of moaning on here every day.
You could set your clock by it.

Leaving our best players out doesn't make any sense, especially now!

I want to see leaders & players who have plenty of heart back in the team.

I would seriously be considering Robles, Ayling, Wober, Cooper, Gnonto, Summerville & even Adam (Emergency Ward 10) Forshaw to start vs Fulham & Leicester.

If Javi can't see it, then it may as well pack his bags & go now.

Rooney, Giggs, Messi and Milner ( as a fee examples ) must curse the day they made their debuts so young and went on to play week in week out, if only they had been held back until they were in their mid 20’s, they may have avoided a low ceiling and bang average careers.

Foden was trying to break into a star studded team. Do you think the same applies for Gnonto (He is arguably our best player)
I am pretty certain there is an issue of some description - he is not the same player since Gracia arrived in terms of attitude and persona. That frequent smile has disappeared.

Foden minutes were being carefully managed so says Pep anyway.
Ill take his word.

Most young uns cant be expected to play every week. They havent developed enough.

Re his smile.

Two weeks back it was there as he sat on the bench v Forest.

But hes clearly not recovered enough since his injury.

Suspect Sam will push on with Bamford because that is the easy option.

Most managers like to use older players.

He can't use Rodrigo because the hold up play would be non existing.

I'd like to see Rutter given a chance.

He's big, quick, if nothing else he is a physical player.

We spent £35mil on him.

Bamford is shot confidence wise.

Surely it's time to roll the dice?

Both he and Rodders playing false 9 together? Could be interesting…

Tome to give him a chance. Can't really make any more excuses now, given how many points Bamford has cost the club.

We are obviously saving him for cold hard nights down at Plymouth Argyle.

Aslong as he doesn't actively cost us points with poor finishing it's an improvement on Bamford this season.

Need to start with half an eye on the Championship

Time to see what Rutter has got imo.

Glad to hear it but starting him next game would be a big jump.
