Monday's game against El Salvador (in which McKennie had a beautiful assist) was Monday, so I imagine they were both back in the UK in plenty of time to be ready for Saturday.

Firpo and Ayling as wing backs, then, in a 5-2-3 sort of setup with three center backs?

4/5/1, Aaronson and Gnonto wide. Sini through the middle
