Just checking the odds and Knutsen has drifted big time. The Mighty Midget Brendan is odds on now. That’s strange as he’s maintained he wants a break from management

 Love it.

It was above a sweet shop incidentally - and apparently he haggled over the rent when he took up the tenancy...

Indeed. They do say a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing. We should all be afraid.

You got Bert and his philosophy totally wrong, you also didn't fully understand his work, no, that should be 'fully didn't understand his work and footballing methods'

Straight over your head.

It's like listening to 15 year olds pining for a girl that they met on their summer holidays who they think they will never see again. I bet some of them have developed eating disorders.

his methods were crystal clear all out attacking football which was a joy to watch for two seasons but ultimately his tactics were found out and better teams tore Leeds to shreds on a regular basis the. owners were quite happy surviving in the premier League not progressing once that came under threat he was shown the door if we had better and more ambitious owners he would have probably stayed longer but we will never know

It's actually quite a good analogy.

You meet this girl, let's say she's 16 to make it a bit more appropriate, and she's beautiful. Everyone is jealous of you being with her. She's a great girl, loves the same things as you and wow the sex is amazing. You stay with her. The first year is good, it's all a bit new and you weren't really sure it would last but it does, A little bit of a wobble towards the end of the first year, the honeymoon period is over, and you stay together. The 2nd year is amazing. The relationship is really growing, The sex, that seemed amazing, shows no sign of abating, if anything it is getting better. The 3rd year and wow even more people notice how beautiful your girl is and how lucky you are. A lot of people are jealous of you, you worry a little bit that she might leave you for 'someone better,' someone richer and a bit flashier that can take her travelling around Europe. But she stays with you and things are great. Year 4 and suddenly cracks start to appear. A little bit of arguing and maybe things you loved at first you start to maybe grow bored off. The sex is still great but it is happening less often. So you start thinking maybe the relationship has run its course, the magic has gone. So you dump her and end up sleeping with that girl you had your eye on for a while. She always seemed sexy and wow what a body. However after a while you realise that it was all flashy and no real substance, the sex quickly goes from exciting to terrible, you have nothing in common, but you stay with her as you don't want to admit to everyone you've made a terrible mistake. Finally though enough is enough, maybe too late but you get rid of her. You then f*ck any dirty old sl*g you can get and catch every disease going.

Aaah to be back with that beautiful girl and to have worked your way through the difficult spell.
