I suspect Leon started back at a leisurely 60 mph whilst listening to Kate, and maybe increased to 65/70 whilst Supertramp were on.... then he will have started to think about being home, so when the high pitched bleaters came on he would have been putting his foot down a bit harder, due to the need to be home, so up to 80mph, and then when the transvesties heroine came on he would be flat out 90mph plus to get home before his ears exploded....
