Is there unrest in the dressing room Andy Lonergan seems to think so.

Confidence has obviously been dented by the defeats, but I thought we had turned the corner after the Bristol victory. We brought Vieira in to give us more midfield bite. From the highlights that I saw, we were back to early season form of pressing them all over the pitch, and playing the ball through the midfield. For the Sheff Utd game, we seemed to revert to a long ball game with Lonergan hoofing it in the air to Lasogga, who clearly wants ball to feet. As a result, the ball just kept coming back. When we played it through to Saiz in the second half, we looked much more dangerous.

I think TC should stick to his principles and revert back to the way we were playing at the start of the season. Lonergan proved he didn't have to always launch it at Bristol. Get Shaughnessy and jansson back, to ensure Lonergan has an outlet - I thought Pennington could do that against Sheff U, but he looked very unsteady in that game.

Quite right too. That doesn't sound like unrest, it sounds like the players being told painful truths, and if they didn't like it, then tough. The improvement in the second half performance showed that it worked.

Definitely think confidence is a huge part of this.

Not like we played poorly, just dont have the inclinations, confidence, drive . I dunno what . But to finish teams off like we were earlier this season
