Jansson adding millions to his sale price, some good defending so far
BPF - Beradi - Jansson - Forshaw - Cooper - Douglas - Hernandez - Klich - Saiz - Roofe - Clarke

"objective fan" - is that a consistent oxymoron?"

Jansson looks comfortable at this level although he has a decent defence around him Nick

Just hope we don't have to find two new CB's for our starting XI come August

it would be three wouldn't it? we won't be playing a 442 or 451. We already two needed unless Halme is ready

Pontus and another Swedish player are ill, and have been isolated for his fellow players in case they catch it...

Sorry Pontus you are not getting your partner back, you may have to cope playing alongside Captain Chaos for another season until your next move

This tickled me, saw it on twitter.

Pontus:- “Douglas to the left of me, Ayling to the right, here I am stuck in the middle with coops”

nice, though he's calling Ayling a Joker and Douglas a clown while bonding with Liam

should be captain. cooper makes far to many mistakes to lead as an example.

Always gonna happen with Cooper as he has far less ability than Pontus, saying that Coops has generally been very good this season

Coop has two good qualities, he's left footed and he is usually good with the ball at his feet, two abilities that make him ideal to play centre left of our defence....he's also a very good header of the ball.

Sorry but he’s not a good header of the ball, he missed yet another glorious chance yesterday when he couldn’t hit the target at a set piece and there have been quite a few already this season

Was a poor header, should have hit the target  he's missed a few of them this season as you rightly say Newport

I know fans who think Cooper is a better CB than Pontus

I doubt Coops will ever play in a World Cup or Euro Finals tournament
