Boro will be up there on the strength of their defence.

I agree Dezzy.dezzy wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 12:03 am This leauge really is for the taking, add bamford and Izzy brown back into this squad plus no reason we can’t add a new signing in January, Bielsa surely would be tempted as he finds out more about the players he has and what’s needed in the leauge, exciting times
We really will never get a better time to gain automatic promotion.
Anyone can beat anyone on their day and it's going to be all about who can be the most consistent over the 46 games.
Two wins this week and the ship will be steadied.

Anything other than a win tonight and the doubts will really start to set in. A big win will be handy as the way it's looking goal difference will be a major factor however if we are just above the relegation zone come Easter we'll still have a chance of champions looking at the table as it stands.Big win tonight lads !!

Do not care how much we win by really as long as we do. Would take a win with Biesla ball playing style.
Looking forward to this game!

I do get the feeling of a nervy night tonight as fans know we need the points but also know we have struggled recently
I noted that from our last 39 games we went a goal behind we have manged to turn 1 around into a win!!!
1....and that was against Burton!

What are the odds of Pennington turning into Sergio Ramos for one night only!!

Re: Leeds Utd v Ipswich Town Match Thread
Has MB named the team yet ? He's about 2 days late. Not a fan of naming the team in public that early as I think it gives the opposing manager a lot of time to prepare therefore giving away a possible advantage.

Welcome BG
faaip usually gets the team selection to us as soon as he knows....keep an eye on this thread
I also am not a fan of naming the team far in advance. I suspect it gave Tony Mowbray the time to work out the plan against out defenders, as he has admitted. Let's hooe we can stuff the tractor boys tonight....especially as I live amongst them down in sunny Suffolk

For your sake then I hope we do lol. I'm surprised no one has had a word with MB to put him right. Surely he is aware of this but it doesn't seem to worry him but it worries me *hitless ! Sorry for swearing, do I get a fine and ban for that ?whiteswan wrote:Welcome BG

Re: Leeds Utd v Ipswich Town Match Thread
Ayling returns - that was set in stone
Alioski to left wing back - should be interesting and a little unexpected
Roofe gets his striker spot back
Harrison will start on his favoured left side
