Cracking pair of breasts old Monty had and Faldo looks like some yokel nut job these days. Like he lives in the outback or swamp

Yeah, Monty beat himself though normally tbh.
Always remember him needing a par to win the US Open and he said to his caddie I can get close with a seven iron, his caddie said no way it’s a six in the middle of the green for safety all day. Monty ignored him and took 6 and lost to Geoff Ogilvy. I was pisssing myself as I’d backed Ogilvy. Happy days. Not so much for Colin

 5 majors in 6 years, he’s the man for the big occasion.

I’m going for 3 bets against the field.
Rickie Fowler
Cameron Young
Brian Harman

Bon chance

Aye, I remember the Yanks at Augusta calling him Mrs Doubtfire and him f**king steaming :)

He was in a play off at the US Open with Ernie Els and fucked that up too. But it was at Oakland I think, 40c and the course was like concrete :fire:

I don't like the cnut, but he is a good un.

I like Rickie Fowler, and it would be nice for one of our English lads to win it.

The Yanks usually do well at "The British Open"

Should get a few nibbles 8-)

Monty has had as many chances to win majors as he has had Big Macs. But he never misses a Big Mac.
Yeah Keopka not a favourite of mine either tbh.
All three of mine are Americans so I hope you’re right although if Rory could win I’d be happy. Proper nice bloke even if he is a Manure fan

Nice bloke and Manure fan usually don't belong together.

I used to be a big fan of Seve, Olly, Langer and Woosie, but Faldo was a fantastic player too.

Hopefully Rory backs up his Scottish win with the Open title, but i very much doubt it. Its rare to see even the big names win back to back tournaments. Well apart from Tiger, but he's not here.
Was at the practice today, the weather was pure crap. Wet, cold and breezy.
Saw Dustin Johnston play a few holes and he seemed to have things well dialled in but then again this is only practice.
So I'm going for him but wont put any money on him :)

Winning back to back is no problem, Rory’s done it leading in to winning a major. So have a many others but I think the Scottish Open was tough this year especially the last few holes.
Your pick DJ is tipped up by the two main golf tipsters @ 30/1.
Good report from practice day btw and enjoy the golf. I’ll be watching from the armchair.

It really infuriates me when an American wins our Open. Its virtually the only time all year that they play a course that resembles our Open courses but they go and win it and more often than not, the British guys are nowhere to be seen. I don't know why it annoys me so much, it just does.
I wouldn't bet against Scheffler, he hasn't finished outside the top 12 in any tournament since last October. He's the most consistent player we've seen since Tiger in his heyday.
Rory, Rahm and Hovland are the best bets of the Europeans.

I was watching the Scottish Open at the weekend and Nick Dougherty stated that the Sky will no longer have a microphone anywhere near Tyrell Hatton any more due to the amount of expletives he comes out with whenever he hits a bad shot 😂
