TBF Firpo has probably only failed us two/three times this season. Meslier more, Paddy more, Roca a lot more, McKennie a few times, Harrison too but for some unfathomable reason Firpo is the scapegoat..

Absolutely convinced we will be.

Came back to grab a point when all looked lost.
Silly mistakes at both ends for the umpteenth time.

They are not worth getting miserable about, 1000.
I'm pretty sure the majority of our players are relatively happy in their salubrious millionaire lifestyles.
Re: Leeds vs Newcastle positive and negative
That's the reason we are heading to the championship, as you mentioned above, far too many players failed us this season. I can count on three or four fingers our consistent performers, & two of those enduring long-term injuries. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Sat May 13, 2023 5:02 pm TBF Firpo has probably only failed us two/three times this season. + refreshing to not see a keeper mistake lead to a goal.

Yeah Robles had a nice steady games. Good handling on one of the shots where if it was spilt/parried Isak was waiting for a tap in. Not much chance with the penalties. Dealt with crosses well, catching or getting a decent punch.
Re: Leeds vs Newcastle positive and negative
I try to assess things as I genuinely see them, and would never make anyone a scape goat. I agree there have been errors by all the players you have named, and I am the first to praise Firpos ability going forward, but for the last two seasons he has been the worst defender at the Club in my view, and it is unfathomable to me if anyone can't see this. Constant fouls just outside the box when he has been out of position or beaten for pace, and regular bookings and suspensions have been part of his game and today's performance was just a continuation of this. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Sat May 13, 2023 5:02 pm TBF Firpo has probably only failed us two/three times this season.
