Ihenacho on the bench for them,

Thought he would start as he is their best player

Hopefully we can get three goals up before Farke brings on Firpo.

Massive pressure on Gray.

This lineup has had huge issues with this counter setup vs 3 men midfield.

Pleased to see Rodon.

Firpo back !!!
Have noticed this too, Cjay. Surely this is not lost on DF. It will be interesting to see what tactical tweaks he's made with time to prepare.
In Farke we trust...

Kennyb41 wrote: Fri Nov 03, 2023 7:04 pm TEAM NEWS: Daniel Farke has made one change to his Leeds United side to face Leicester City.

🔄 Archie Gray comes in for Jamie Shackleton at right-back.

SUBS: Darlow, Ayling, Cooper, Firpo, Gruev, Anthony, Poveda, Bamford, Gnonto.

FIRPO'S BACK FOR SHACK !!!!!!!
Exactly the team I said it would be.
I guess DF sees Firpo as a natural replacement for Byram and Ayling as cover for Gray. Shacks doesn't deserve to be dropped though.

Jamie Shackleton out with a slight glute issue.

Sounds like a car issue.

If he is going for his usual sit back away style then the only tweak he could make to make it any better ir Rutter at 10 for his work rate and he'd probably be better at tracking the 3rd midfielder than Piroe.

I really worry about Archie.

Unless we are going to play on the front foot for a change this style does him no favours

Perch & Gudgeon. Is that a euphemism?

If it’s not a joke I’m actually an avid fly fisherman.

It’s a joke isn’t it 🤔
There's no joke there, it's not a red herring. I did fish a fair bit in the East End docks (Limehouse and Wapping) and the canals back in the late 80s. Mainly pulling out eels, and a few body parts here and there.

Being the eternal optimist, I am actually curious to see whether the "Farke effect" has a positive impact on Firpo the same way it has on Pascal, Meslier, Rutter, Shackleton, etc.
His performances were way better before he arrived at ER. Poor guy did, after all, have to deal with the Marsh madness!?

You didn't by any chance pull up Paddy's scoring boots did you?
