Dan didn't miss, it was on target and saved. Have seen better penalties saved and worse penalties scored. The Welsh keeper managed to dive out of the way of some poor penalties.

Injury concerns? (Ffs)

A few concerns, Rutter is one. On a good path. Joined us in team training parts today, no full sessions yet for him. Still 48 hours for him. Carefullyoptokmistic he is available for some minutes. Wait for the outcome. Connor limped off. Need to assess him, If you limp off you are not available two days later. Seems to be a muscle injury. Same for Gnonto, reported problem with hamstring after his game. Wait for his assessment. Same for Gruev. Ankle ligament issue after their game. Wait for their assessments.
I think he's bluffing

True. A couple of the Polish takes were soft and right down the middle.

I can't see DF starting Georgie - so bench at best.
My bet is Amps, Rodon, Gruev will play. Physio table and ice baths for a day or so will have them tip top. Maybe Roberts too.

Gnonto also on the bench.

I wonder if we could start Piroe behind Bamford in Georgie's place.

So:
Meslier
Gray
Rodon
Ampadu
Byrum
Gruev (or Anthony)
Kamara
Summerville
Piroe
James
Bamford.

Was thinking about that Easter weekend nearly 5 years ago, the one we went in to with hope of auto promotion, it was in our hands and yet we emerged from it utterly bereft - it was later in the season but can’t escape the feeling this weekend has the potential be be as bad.

Also whose idea was it we play last on both days what a screw job that is

Yes but it was a weak pen. Should’ve smashed it down the middle if he was nervous isn’t it.
I don’t know why keepers just don’t stand still occasionally

Probably going to start going pear-shaped over the weekend for one of the 4 teams
Lot of dodgy looking fixtures and banana skins, but with Saints v ipswich on Monday , one of those are faves.
I'd take 4 points now.

Not a chance we’ll come out of the Easter fixtures with two wins and that was always going to be the case given how many international players we have.

The good news is our fantastic run of form has given us enough leeway to drop a few points and still have a great chance of going up automatically.

Last time we played Watford at Vicarage Road

The usual hard work from James for our first goal.

Brilliant strikes from Raphinha & Harrison.

Watford have won two of their last ten matches, 0-1 victories at Rotherham & Birmingham.

In those ten games, the Hornets have lost at home to Cardiff, Leicester, Huddersfield & Coventry, drawing one against Swansea.

I’m currently in Florida, do any of our American members know if the game will be shown on any channel. Rumours in our hotel is that it might be on ESPN+ ??

Yes it's on ESPN plus

Don't forget time difference. UK hasn't changed their clocks yet.

I looked at my Sky sports app and it gives you the KO in local time 4pm here. Thanks

Better than playing earlier in the day after the internationals and we have 7 hours on Leicester

Why the pessimism on this thread about the weekend.? We can win these two!!

It’s just the tonic the Welsh lads need to get over Tuesday. I’ve every faith !!

To be honest you would have thought those lads would get a huge lift by just not being in Wales.
