Ahh here it is, couldn't find it. Yeah loved watching Stan play for QPR, too young to travel to Leeds on my own, my mate/cousin was a Rangers fan and I saw him a number of times...
"Stan the man" proper entertainer, saw him and best when they were both down there, obviously saw both at ER many times.

Very sad, used to go see the R's with my QPR mate as it was easy to go to Loftus Rd in the late 70s and early 80s from our Poly and you could get in without hassle. Stan Bowles used to always entertain the crowd with something. Remember him doing keepy ups to get pass a couple of defenders. Had one peg but still could breeze past people.

Enjoyed Loftus Road immensely, usually had a few professional footballers standing around chatting. Managed to chat with Trevor Brooking once, as I was waiting with my cousin and uncle to watch QPR Leeds, for a while, did help he knew of my uncle a bit..
