Ask them what did they think of the noise our fans create & are they surprised by the number of supporters we take to away matches even on a Tuesday night ?Cjay wrote:Yep, they have been complimentary.

It use to be a run-down ground, now Ashton Gate is really nice stadium & obviously set up for premiership football in the future. No doubt their owners will look to enclosed the stadium in one of the corners at the away end which I think is the South Stand. The wind & rain blew through that gap on Saturday which sent several Bristol fans to the left of us scuttling for cover when the storm reached it's peak. I was very impressed with their stadiumCjay wrote:Anyone who was there.
What did you think of the ground?
Somebody asked.
Edit . .Ashton Gate, the football ground, thought i better be clear before some smartarse starts talking about the pavement or something.,

Yes used to be a right dump, especially that open end for away fans, always reminded me of The Victoria Ground Stoke.1964white wrote:It use to be a run-down ground, now Ashton Gate is really nice stadium & obviously set up for premiership football in the future. There was a few decent comments, the rest were silly.1964white wrote:From one of the Leicester forums
"In all fairness, Leeds fielded a second-string outfit for most of the game. They're a good side, a very good even at times. Promotion material. If not this season, then surely next"
"Leeds support sounded great btw.
Best away supporters in the country imho
Hope they get back in the PL soon"
