Re: Pablo Hernandez - Come Back Soon :-(
It's not Pablo bashing, I agree without him we are nothing.1964white wrote: ↑Sat Jan 26, 2019 7:35 pm I thought Pablo made the difference in the 2nd half linking up really well with Roberts & Roofe
I don't get this Pablo bashing I read on here week after week when he is clearly our best creative attacking player.
When Pablo plays well we look good as a team, he made us tick in the 2nd half after what was a first-half shocker from the majority of our players
We didn't create enough space today, Rotherham packed 11 men in the space of 30 yards so it's difficult. Just saying a lot of what he tried didn't work today due to that lack of space. Missed a lot of the second half but sounded like Roberts stretched things more and we (And Pablo) had more of the space needed.
Re: Pablo Hernandez - Squeaky Bum Time :-(
Just hope he and the rest are all fit for next week. Jeez we can do without more injuries but it wouldn't surprise me as a couple are coming back.

Re: Pablo Hernandez - Come Back Soon :-(
First half the Millers played like Hull at ER with two banks of four, we should have shown more quality even with the limited space. I felt sorry for Roofe as he was up against three giants in the first-half, as soon as Roberts came on Pablo could strut his stuff which gave him space bringing Roofe, Klich, Alioski, Harrison & Roberts into the game making us look a much more potent attacking threatYorkshireSquare wrote: ↑Sat Jan 26, 2019 7:45 pm It's not Pablo bashing, I agree without him we are nothing.

Lets move this thread up as here is the main reason why we beat Rotherham

So Dan was critical of Pablo for making 11 stray passes out of the 58 he played
Re: Pablo Hernandez
Leeds without Pablo is such a depressing prospect
A joy of a player.

So important Pablo remains fit, we haven't got anyone to replace him & would be lost without him.

Re: Pablo Hernandez
I made the comparison prior to the game (when stating that Pablo would inspire us to a 4-0 win against WBA and get the first goal) even directly comparing our upcoming match with WBA to the 1989/1990 match against title rivals Sheff Utd when we won 4-0 with Strachan on the scoresheet. YEP stealing my words a week later
My time machine working well now - also suggested Toby Nye's mum may have been gambling to try to raise more money for the treatment - her sister then says the same thing. Said the Daily Mail were just writing a general piece that could relate to any championship club and they only used Leeds to get interest. The following week they re-hash the same story but use Derby. When Shaun Harvey resigned from the FL I suggested it was so that he could get a higher job in case we got promoted so he could continue to shaft us - lo and behold he is linked with said job.
I may have to change my name to Nostradamus, or perhaps I already did.

Re: Pablo Hernandez
I'm seeing a 7 another 7, one more 7 and then 3*7s but not sure in which order. Sometimes things are a bit sketchy but make more sense after the event.

Re: Pablo Hernandez
You wonder what depths some will go to create a story out of nothing.
Pablo being interviewed and in talking about Saturday and the run in says this;
“The more important thing for us is not to think about the other teams,” he said. “We know that if we win our games we’ll be promoted. Sometimes I think it’s a mistake when you spend a lot of time watching the other teams – if they lose, if they win. The most important thing is to focus on our games and to try to win them all. If we win there’s no problem, even if the other teams win all their games.”
Look at the context, he is pretty obvious what he is talking about "if they lose, if they win".

So from that how do the bloody Daily Express in quoting the same sentence come up with this?
Has Leeds United star Pablo Hernandez made a veiled dig at Marcelo Bielsa?
Never let the truth get in the way of a story Mr Dickenson.
Total gutter journalism

Re: Pablo Hernandez
Yup and a complete lack of research as well given that Bielsa, in his famous press conference, said that he has a group of people that watch the videos and they then compile it into a specific few minutes for each player to watch.

12 goals and 11 assists in 30 league games.
