If a player lives in a country for three years they are eligible to declare for that nation once they haven’t represented the country of their birth, it’s to change to 5 years next year. Most teams have 2/3 players like this in their squad. South Africa are probably the only country with none.

On their day Aus, SA, England, Ireland and Wales (France ??) can beat anyone (although Wales never beat the All Blacks) but it's still hard to see past NZ.
