Hernandez, a masterclass on how to play the No.10 role

Jansson was immense & Chris Wood had a very good game too

Got to vote for Pontus Jannson, he won every header bar one and gelled the whole team together for me ..perfect . Just a great defensive display for me.

Tough one for me. I thought a few players did well today, but I am going to go with Sacko. Purely because he did a lot with the ball today, but he did an immense job defensively off the ball also. I could see it on TV that he was working incredibly hard to cover Ayling and I personally thought he played a great team game.

High five for that.

Pontus, he reads the game so well and is excellent on the ball. He headed away almost every corner and did really well against Rickie Lambert. Wood was also excellent, however, Pontus was man of the match.

Jansson closely followed by Hernandez, then Bartley and Sacko

Pontus for he was exceptional throughout the game , a few mentions, like others I thought Hernandez was excellent, Sacko is the new Gradell and I think Wood deserves a mention he never stopped running and hassling their defence and if it wasn't for two last ditch tackles he would have scored a hat trick, then it would have been tricky to pick the MOTM

Jannson Hernandez and Sacko all were in the frame for me...... and 2 of them have silly hair... But the silliest hair, and the hardest worker gets it...

Pontius the pilot for me...

Never been a big fan but Wood had a terrific game yesterday, worked tirelessly off the ball something you don't always see on the telly, certainly his best game this season contrary to what some may of thought of his performance, pleased for the big man !

Sacko gives us the pace/trickery we've lacked for years. Hernandez ignites the team like the little fireball he is, an abundance of class in his locker, I just knew Pablo required time to settle
For the first time in a long time we have creative midfield, we've generally had midfielders who are all the same, we still have to a certain degree especially if Sacko & Pablo are unavailable for team selection

Great team performance today, worked hard early on and gradually imposed themselves on Cardiff. Really good to see that we did this all without Bridcutt who I thought would be a real big miss but Viera grew into the game and looked real quality second half.

Vote for MOTM goes to Jansson though as I'm sure earlier in the season with either Cooper or Bamba alongside Bartley we would have conceded at least once....earned us the right to win the game.

I agree with faaip, Jansson gets the nod just ahead of Hernandez, Bartley and Sacko (very disciplined display). And an honorable mention for the frustrating Wood, decent game yesterday
