Glad, Wigan beat the Catalan Dragons in the Grand Final yesterday.

Just my experience Swannie.

Always felt welcome in Paris, never in London.

Just don't understand the French in our Superleague when we have so many good 'old' clubs who should benefit more

That’s good to hear, my dad has a ‘proper drink’ every now and then but does like the Erlinger.

Probably only one season lol, but we only went down on points difference last time, so you never know.

You might ‘do a Leigh’ and stay up easily.

This may shock you but I’ve given up the demon drink!!!!

I’ve found that Leffe Blonde 0.0 is stunning, indistinguishable from the full fat version, minus the one inevitable headache of course. Also Brewdog IPA very very pleasant.

Not tried the erlinger but I’ll give it a go.

Surely a weekend in Keighley, Batley or Halifax would be more appealing.

Remember the likes of Barrow, Dewsbury, Swinton, Whitehaven, York, Featherstone Rovers & Widnes of course?

All traditional rugby clubs, some of them formed in the 19th century.

Then Catalan Dragons comes along with no history whatsoever & walks straight into the Super League.

When I was going Cas home and away, didn’t miss a game for 11 years, I preferred trips to Paris than London.

Always felt we were imposters, as Rugby League fans, in London.
Didn't realize you followed Cas, so ardently over a sustained amount of time, Kev.

Just allow them to play in their own nation's league, where they belong.

Would our English clubs infiltrate their league.......no!

Yes mate, I’ve got the tattoo to prove it :)

I was proud of that record, then I fractured my elbow, ended up in hospital and missed Cas playing against St Helen’s which was actually played at Anfield. Once the record had gone, I started missing a few games.

Leffe is a Belgian beer, IPA is also a beer, a pale ale, quite hoppy in flavour. Both lager-colour, not at all like the bitters we got in Yorkshire, such as Tetley's. Worth a look at, since I've gone TT I've tried a few different ones, some are pure pish, quite a few so bad they've been poured down the sink. Northern Monk for example.

I'm quite enjoying like without alcohol, I feel tons more invigorated and even back int he gym.

do you remember when Cas paid for free travel down to Charlton? 50 odd coaches I seem to remember, great atmosphere.
