So the consensus is we sack farke because we’re coming third in a season with 2 freak points scores.

We need to get a grip. Farke has done a good job. We try our hand in the playoffs. Then build and go again next season if not successful.

The issue here is tired players. Not a crap manager. The mistake is not rotating enough and potentially brining in a couple more players in jan (cb and striker ).

These two points are not mutually exclusive, IMHO.

Firpo has been shocking, caught out ball watching time & time again., gets found out when he has to defend.

He never seems to go faster than a casual jog or show a sense of urgency.

Large part of that is how slow we move the ball I'd imagine.

Again look where Gray and Gruev are in possession.

The midfield isn't allowed to get forward and be creative.

That's why we don't get midfield goals or assists.

It also must make linking between defence and attack phenomenally difficult

And the run of games has been shocking. That is not a manager worth investing in. He doesn't do anything to correct it, not one chance to able players on the bench. They come in late! How can they get a chance? Joseph has proven himself already. Why is he sitting there? If you fail - change!

Do you really want a rinse and repeat with a squad which seems to have lost all confidence? The results have been awful. If he continues, a familiar pattern will happen. Sacked before xmas, and a season gone.

I agree btw. But I still don’t think farke is the wrong manager. We will need to rebuild and he did that really well last summer.
