Leeds fans angry and disappointed, but it is important to quickly get over that

Phil Hay described Leeds United’s first half performance as ‘different level stuff’ and it certainly seemed like they were nailed on for the three points with a three-nil lead just after the fifty-minute mark. But it wasn’t to be, a capitulation all too familiar with Leeds United fans occurred as Leeds conceded three goals in the final thirty minutes of the game. A draw which felt like a loss, a point won which definitely felt like two dropped. Certainly a result which stirred a lot of feeling amongst fans, some disappointed, some angry, some philosophical. Here is how our members responded to the result…

I'm not worried about Fulham, Brentford or any of the other contenders it's US I'm concerned about. We are the best team in the league however at times we show fragility and a mental weakness, that needs to be resolved especially against opposition such as the Cardiff's of the championship.
Three nil up at home to Cardiff with 30 mins to go. We should not have lost that game. I'm not going to pontificate the why's, how's, if's or buts... be negative or positive about our previous and future games... Quite simply, we should have won that match. After all, this is about this particular game, not the previous seven, or the next game, or the one after that. It's about the Cardiff game which really should have been three points in the bag!
We lose a couple and then doubts start to creep in. No point having a good run now if we're going to have another terrible second half of the season. My issue is all season we've not conceded more than one other than Millwall, now we concede three after being in a comfortable lead. Things like this can change a season and our defence could turn to s**t second half of the season.
Will see what these players are made of now, hard run coming up, can they get back on track, hopefully, we aren’t second by accident. Forest, Derby, Preston, Swansea and now Cardiff. We have to stop dropping points when we shouldn’t be, its ok losing to the better side but we can’t keep dropping points in games we should win. Teams that win promotion win when they shouldn't, we have done that to but far too often this season we have done the opposite, dropped points when we shouldn’t. Let’s beat Fulham, Preston and WBA now!

Range of emotions today, such a high how we performed first half, such a low how we crumbled the last 25 minutes, the defence will take a lot of blame for the goals but if we had put the other 4 great chances we had before they scored their first, it wouldn't have mattered, too much of a gap in front of Phillips. Disappointed but not despondent, like a few seem to be, we were the better team and we were sucker punched, if we are constantly outplayed then I'll worry but as it is I'll look at it as just a bad day at the office but still on an unbeaten run.
I think we were all angry and disappointed at the final whistle but it is important to quickly get over that. Yes still disappointed today but you have to look at the positives and negatives and not simply panic because of the result. The great thing is that in a weeks’ time it is another match. There were so many positives yesterday, the way we played, the chances we created that when the anger subsides those bits mustn't be overlooked. We have to learn from the goals conceded but not panic. Put the result to bed, s**t happens sometimes, and look forward to the next match. It isn't like any of our rivals gained much on us, everyone is dropping points.
I understand people's nervousness about the 'mentality' of the team after last season, but I think Bielsa's answer, as articulated by Bamford in his interview, is simply practice. We have had another year of playing the system until it becomes second nature, and that is what carries us through. Bielsa is finding a balance between being completely drilled in his style, and allowing the players free expression. He has said he is standing back more in training this season. Confidence comes both from the players' trust in the system, and the belief in their ability to implement it and improvise around it.
