Re: Cricket 2023/2024
That's a fantastic team. Picking my best XI would be a tough ask for me. not many would have Derek Randell in an all time 11 but a great flamboyant batsman and what a fielder ... Would loved to have included Botham, but Hadlee was just so consistently great, Viv would be a better three than Gower, ...

Re: Cricket 2023/2024
How come you are a Hants person?? I thought you would be supporting Surrey.. When I was 2 we moved to Ash Vale, which is in Surrey and I stayed there till I was 22. But the postal address was Ash Vale, Aldershot,Hants. My dad played first class cricket and loved playing and watching the game, he as...

Re: Cricket 2023/2024
Another high scoring draw for Hants .... going to be long season for us I think. Our strength is our attack but, with the Rosebowl as flat as apancake atm and the kookaburra balls, that's been nullified.. Hoping for a good season from Tom Prest and the other Hampshire youth

Re: Cricket 2023/2024
Lets have your lifetime world 11 folks, not necessarily greatest just the 11 that have bought the most pleasure ... should be interesting. (try to pick a proper team with openers/middle order/alrounders/keeper/bowlers etc) Barry Richards - Hants/SA Gordon Greenidge - Hants/WI David Gower - Leics/ENG...

Re: Norwich 2nd leg pre match chat
You might remember my concern in January that Rutter was the one player we couldn't afford to lose through injury as he's irreplacable and absolutely vital to how we play as an attacking force. Unfortunately we've now lost him to loss of form instead which is even worse as it's like playing with on...

Re: Georginio Rutter-
Poor old Georgie extended his run to 0 goals and 0 assists in 8 games. His collapse in form has coincided with ours unsurprisingly given how reliant we've been on him this season. During that time he has only created 3 chances. His touch seems heavier, his tricks and skills are now not coming off, ...
