Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 3rd April) Farke gets his excuses in early

I agree with all that. What I'm saying is injuries are inevitable but even after losing spence (one of the best Championship players only 18 months previously) and Ayling to just bring in Connor Roberts is more or less gross negligence. I said in January we didn't do enough... The one time you do b...

Re: Southampton pre match chat

Farke talks about experience being essential an cites Morsy at 34 for Ipswich, yet last night to see out the game Chelsea brought on two youngsters. SUB: Josh Acheampong (18 years) SUB: Jimi Tauriainen (20 years) What a foolhardy decision, you need old heads to win a game... oh by the way Chelsea w...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 3rd April) Farke gets his excuses in early

That makes it even worse He suffered a potentially season ending injury the month before the January transfer window and failed to bring anyone else in! Good left sided CB's are as rare as rocking horse s**t .... Ampadu did brilliantly to switch there, (still can't work out how he's had a worse sea...

We have to go for the win full stop, unsure what Fqrke thinks that team looks like but I'd assume it will be as few changes as possible, if we don't and play a rested team and Hudds win we're gonna look like numpties

Re: Album of 2011 (Part III) - VOTE NOW!

There will be two new albums to me in my top three, both arrived last weekend & have been on continuous play since here in the Wolds. I'm surprised you enjoyed the Olafur Arnalds going from your musical tastes, unless you have a secret passion for classical music. Now there's an idea, I'd enjoy...

Re: Southampton pre match chat

Wow one admission whilst saying he didn't expect promotion with 40 games to go. I remember the reaction on here when Hecky said similar when he had 16 games to go. Or Marsch used to bring up our past to defend his record and talked about how awful it was here before he arrived. But ok we will gloss...

Re: Southampton pre match chat

The German Southgate. Wow that’s a low blow. It's a good comparison tbf .... just depends on how you rate Southgate I guess as to whether it's an insult or not. Some would say Southgate has taken us consistently deeper into tournaments than most managers before him, some would say with the quality ...
