Re: Pick your team against Norwich
I really feel he needs to get Ampadu and Kamara back together, and it outweighs my fears of Cooper being cold, as much as i've i've been impressed with Firpo's contribution going forward, he is wayyyyyyyyyy too much of a liability defensively and teams will defo target him especially at Wembley if w...

No mods needed for the use of 'bellend' or indeed 'prick'
They actually brought a smile to my face.

Re: Southampton post match discussion
We don't do well against 4-3-3. It gets congested as a Vegans colon at the back when we try to attack. Southampton didn't bother to be wide out on the wings when we went forward, they remained very central across the 18yd box, and more often just backed off and only put in tackles when we came with...

You were on here, about 8 or so years ago.... I know because I nominated you and Adam pm'd you.... you turned it down. Also there have been several calls to the forum as a whole asking for volunteers. He didn't turn it down from Waccoe, and he is the reason i got an instant ban on there. Along with...

Re: Southampton post match discussion
Thanks for an absolutely fantastic season and effort DF, that's by no means over yet. You've had me glued from matchday 1 and have started your work excellently. You are singlehandedly sifting thru the mess you inherited, none of the owners will have any idea of what it takes to run a 'football' clu...

Re: Southampton post match discussion
Strikers are often lazy bastards, Moore doesn't get through a lot of work and I don't think he started v Finland a couple of days earlier either.. .. Ampadu got through more work than anyone, Roberts got injured, James missed the key pen and Rodon not been the same since. But I agree re poor man/sq...

Re: Leeds Utd v Southampton Match Thread
Agree with that. Its all a bit self-indulgent and repetitive. The kid has been waiting since matchday 1 to pull out his knife, and gives no credit for anything. I've noticed these LUFC fans seem to get what they deserve and wish for over the years. They are children of the Millennium stamping their...

Re: We aren't the flat track bullies
Some of you may recall a thread I started a few months back about Southampton being flat track bullies and basically pointing out how their great run had been schewed by facing only 6 top half teams in their 25 match unbeaten run (they drew 4 of those 6 matches against the better opposition). I als...

You're making it sound like all the Bert haters, are getting what they wished for tut tut.
And after he fixed it all anorl, with no money.
Typical LUFC fans, bite their noses off.
On a - all too regular basis.

Re: QPR v Leeds Utd - Post Match Discussion
From observing Kamara play for Finland goals have been few and far between, and I don't think he was very prolific at Rangers... he has always had the role of a midfield enforcer... a Batty like player. To suggest that Farke instructs him to play in a way that he does not score goals is naive and n...

Re: Boos at the half time speech
I'm also pretty sure that I remember hearing booing on tv, which i presumed was from our lot as soon as the h/t whistle went, which i thought was obviously for our performance, but i don't suppose your h/t thing would've even started then, but i'm just wondering if that's what kicked our fighting off.

Re: Boos at the half time speech
The infighting theory makes more sense to me than the statement. Why would people boo something they can't hear? .... And when the fella asked "Are you really booing?" that was heard clear enough to attract substantially more audiable boos... I'm not saying the statement is false but it d...
