Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 2nd December) - Leeds have scored 11 goals fewer compared to this point last se

"Tbf he's picked up some gems in Raphinha, Meslier, Struijk, Bate and Gelhardt. But lots more misses than hits." That's my view really White Riot. The frequent mistakes have cost the club a hell of a lot though. All clubs with our spending power make errors in the transfer market trying t...

Re: O'Leary vs Bielsa

O'Leary did well, but that squad had a few record breaking transfers, most expensive British teenager, most expensive British goalkeeper, most expensive British player (and world record for a defender) etc. And while he brought through youngsters, and there were some great memories, ultimately his ...

Re: O'Leary vs Bielsa

I've used an inflation calculator. It takes the cost of the player in the year he was signed and inflates it to reflect the changes in values over the year. So it takes £1mil in 1998 and inflates it to its modern equivalent for example Trouble is Football inflation far excedes inflation in that per...

Re: LUFC Injury/Suspension Thread 23/11/21 Bamford and Koch update

Do we recall Mateus Bogusz in January to give us a little more creativity in midfield? I thought he was the man to replace Pablo when he departed and despite the drop in grade, appears to be doing well with Ibiza. I suspect Kinnear is looking at Bamford, Koch and Firpo returning as 3 'new' signings...

Re: Covid Wars

There is also lots of studies that quote natural immunity as offering better protection? I appreciate your stance but reducing the transmission by taking three jabs already and counting? It was when they suddenly wanted to vaccinate children and start encroaching on their lifestyles despite them be...

Re: Covid Wars

Vaccinate the elderly and the vulnerable and anyone else who fears the virus and let natural immunity take care of the rest. (what level of natural immunity we are at?) I fall into 2 of the risk categories in that i am overweight and have asthma but would never agree with vaccine mandates. The elde...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 23rd November) Why is Junior Firpo struggling?

We did look solid in the first-half Davy, however once we had to make changes we had no quality back-up for any position of our team. How many times do our subs effect a game even when we have a full quota of players, very rarely :( Think the biggest differance in the 2nd half was more down to Spur...

Re: Covid Wars

Think we all accept that there is still a chance vaccinated people can still pass the virus on however its been proved in many studies that at a much lower transmission rate, plenty on the internet for those that can want to look. Re: Covid Wars

For which country? I thought the rule had been around Europe for months? What about deaths and immunity afterwards, age groups ect? All we keep being hearing is its the unvaccinated? Is that the unvaccinated elderly? Or fit healthy people who are able to cope with the virus? 5th Nov in Austria. Aro...
