Who is your Union club side ?
Mine are Young Munster (nothing to do with Munster), even though my local sides are Shannon (play at Thomond Park the home of Rugby) and Garryowen (yes it's where the name for the up and under came from) , but my father played seconds for Young Munster in the early 60's and always supported them

Calling Englands performance 'superb' is very generous. Defensively they were very good, helped greatly by Argentinas inability to form any sort of attacking moves.
Like I said before the game, I didn't expect to see too much in the way of running rugby and so it proved. I don't remember England threatening their line even once.
Argentina made more runs and more metres, Our back line weren't in the game offensively, May 2 runs for 14m, Daly 2 for 5m, Tuilagi 3 for 7m. Hardly earth shattering stats.
As i said ,defensively very good (and lucky) but as for calling their performance superb ?,far from it, from me.
Fair enough, maybe superb was too strong a word, so maybe just brilliant will do

If I was Welsh I'd be worried. Fiji up for this, they could wear the Welsh down here

Fiji won’t be sending Carleyvthe ref any Christmas cards
Very poor refereeing - forgot to bring his yellow cards

The winger should just bring that down with his leg and then pick it up. Easy 😎

Fantastic game, have to say I was hoping Fiji sneaked it at the end.

Easy win in the end for the Boks. Pollard would not have missed those 4 easy kicks so reallly should have been 30-3.

Scotland were brave in defense but never really threatened. SA scrum was not great in the first half. But job done. Focus now on the Ireland game in this the group of death.

Clear difference in class between these 2.

Uruguay giving France a real game tonight. They've improved immensely.
Only 1 point in it with 25 mins to go

Commentator just said Uruguay were 200/1 for this game! Decent run at those odds

If only the England backs could show some of the attacking prowess that the Uruguayans showed.
Southgate and Borethick cast from the same mould.

Tight game tonight between NZ & Namibia 71 - 3. Horrible injury for a Namibia player. I understand world rugby wanting to be more inclusive & open the competition up to more teams but some of these games are meaningless & can result in top teams losing players to injury or suspension, Namibia have played 2 games & are already -112 points & Romania -74 after 1 game.
