Hate to say it but wouldn't mind another couple of Liverpool goals just to add to Watford negative goal difference.

Everton 14:00 West Ham United
Newcastle United 16:30 Tottenham Hotspur

We need a Spurs victory today, although it's probably irrelevant from our prospective since the takeover

Think we can rule out Newcastle as being in the same scrap as us.

Unlucky not to get a point.

The bees will be alright, a progressive & a well run club with excellent recruitment.

Our fans were critical of Pontus joining a tin-pot club, he has already proved his critics wrong, a player with a winning mentality.

To think Norwich might be playing us to go above us doesn't bear thinking about either.

The thing is though Brentford have no pressure, so it's easier for them. We saw in the Championship how they were peak Barcelona when the pressure was off, yet completely bottled it when it wasnt. Teams will start to park the bus and make it difficult for them, so it'll be interesting to see how they cope.

They'll be ok, they have quick nifty players, defend well as an organised unit. Frank juggles his squad well without complicating things, not playing players out of their natural position making three changes when only one is required, he also has a 33 players squad to pick from. Also Brentford have a new stadium & haven't spent anywhere near the money on players as we have, I doubt they'll be on high PL salaries too!
