I originally thought it might be in Tokyo. But there are not enough skyscrapers, and the river doesn't look like that.

I see a boulanger, I see a patisserie, I see a cyclist carrying a baguette, I see a poisson rouge dans un aquarium beside a fenetre, so I'm going with Stade de France, which I think is in St. Denis in Paris.
