There was a period after half time when Chelsea were sharper going forward and had us under the cosh a bit, but even then we looked dangerous on the counter. A 2-1 defeat would have been a fairly accurate reflection given our poor defence of set-pieces, and their penalty for the third was laughable - have a look at the highlights, you'll see what I mean.

Blimey, we haven't won a league match in our last seven games, consequently dropping down the league like a stone.

Probably down to the use of our best young players being on first-team squad duty & not playing as many minutes in our U23's game.
