Assuming you mean, we can't afford for the 23's to get relegated? If so, I agree with that. When I made the comment though I was just thinking how demoralizing it would be if we pulled a few key players for the 1st team, replace them with U18's and then they get thumped 6 nil.
I don't know that anyone would play 45 minutes 2 days in a row. But I really don't know much either.

You could be right there... Their league position and standing is much more important than a 1st team cup game..
I still suspect that some of them will be starting in the cup match, but replaced at half time maybe....??
If Marcelo decides to rest some of his first XI which I suspect he shall do Bielsa will have to play some of our U23's bearing in mind how small our squad is so I reckon you are correct my dear Hector with Summerville & McGurk getting some game time

The derby goals have a hint of good fortune in terms of the ball having a favourable deflection. We are far more incisive and should be at least a goal up.
