Issue with the James penalty decision, otherwise not too bad. 6.

Fairly Average 5/10.

Would have been a stonewall pen last season but more 50/50 this season and we never get those kind of decisions do we?

Let the game flow pretty well, missed the most obvious penalty since the last one that we didn’t get given and the game is all about him so.....

I would have given him a six but because of another penalty we didn’t get he gets a 4

The standard of refereeing in the Prem doesn't seem any better than the Championship, but that's maybe down to the bias for the greedy six.

Could you imagine that penalty not being given for one of them lot?

He did some good things like trying to let the game flow, but he saw Antonio smack Meslier across the face on the VAR screen and should have waved a red card at him. Then he later booked Meslier for complaining that he was being fouled.

0/10 watched the full game, game spoiled due to horrific decision making by the Ref and Var, could of been a red for the elbow on Meslier, then the same player who has been given a yellow does the same to you're captain Liam Cooper, only for that player to go on and score and win the game.

Though it was subtle it seemed he was always looking to give West Ham a helping hand wherever he could. Allowed Antonio to push his luck too much in the penalty area at set pieces for example. Gave Meslier a yellow card for nothing. Waved play on a couple of times when West Ham we’re attacking dangerously after what looked like fowls on our players but blew up for free kicks when the situation was reversed. As I say subtle but noticeable mind you I’ve seen worse and more blatantly bias refs so I think 4/10 would be about right.

5/10 -Marked down for letting Antonio smack Meslier in the face and only getting a yellow and then doing the same to Cooper 10 minutes later and taking no action.

I only saw the match highlights and not the game in full. However, Bongo I don’t know what type of 👓 you watched the game through but that was not a 0/10 reffing performance. As 10/10 is as good as it can get then 0/10, by implication, is as bad as it can get…….and KF’s performance wasn’t that IMO.

So are you saying Antonio shouldn't have seen red not just one elbow but twice and was so blatant, that even stevie wonder seen it?

These are the sort of decisions that can win you a football match only for the player, that committed the offence not one but two offences during the match, then went and scored the winning goal.

Now I'm sure you are aware if you got caught in the street, doing what Antonio did not once but twice you would be looking at a serious assault charge.

Ref had a mare!!.

If that had happened at St James Park or in Scotland he would be receiving death threats.

What is the point in having var if they won't check these moments?

You should feel very hard done by, shocking decision.
