It's a non football related injury. He had an appendectomy recently. That requires a fairly lengthily recovery.

Anyone that thinks that was good need their eyes examining, frantic ball won us the game, bringing on hail Mary subs won us the game, luck won us the game, tactics were nowhere to be seen unless they include ' throw the kitchen sink at them', only for a penalty were we lucky not to go in at H/T 0-4 and them letting us off the hook, thank them as well for not going for the throat.

Just watched the replay for a second time.

Gnonto is utterly amazing. How we got him for as little as we paid is dumbfounding.

It only remains to be seen if he can maintain his pace for a full ninety minutes.

When is he going to address the first half? That was awful. Could have been 5-1. Watching the whole game again was still painful to watch. Some simple balls from them for their goals because we got caught out of position. No idea why Rasmus is asking Mes to come out. Did well to stay where he was.
We had 10 players in & around their box for their 3rd goal.
He needs to sort that. Danny Murphy said it’s great to watch but you don’t need to do it all the time

Because it's what he does, if you expect the keeper to rush off his line like he's done numerous times this season (I have no issue with it btw) then the one time he stays at home probably caught Ras in two minds

He was 100% correct to stay where he was. Rasmus was way out of position and doesn’t have the speed to get back. It was Roca ambling back and not spotting Billing that was the problem

Roca not tracking his man might have something to do with it but in a zone marking system he probably expected someone else to pick him up... I do think Meslier could have come and cleared though. Still water under the bridge and apart from that Kristensen was excellent

Could be up against it v Spurs. Another high scoring game I think. Their defence (especially Dire) looked poor against Pool but now that Kulusevski is back him & Kane look a handful. Great pass for Kanes goal
