Ref was happy to ignore that every time. The consistency of officiating is shambolic.
It's almost as if the greedy 6 get favouritism from the refs ;-)

Attacking play has come on leaps and bounds - defensively it's the same old story ever
since promotion.
Different player at Number 9. Who would have thought Spain's number 9 could play number 9 for us?

Also was at fault for marking fresh air as opposed to the man on the edge of box for two of their goals.

Third game in a row where despite competing, I never expected to win. The fact that we won the first two is still a surprise, but if we hadn’t we’d be in the bottom three going into the long break.

Let’s just take it and hope Jesse tries to focus on the defensive frailties before the City game.

Three times we were ahead in that match and end up losing which really stings, it’s like the players lose all composure when we go a goal up, we are great going forward but never manage to find that balance between the two.

Still we are just over a point a game which you would imagine would be enough over the course of the season though so far it’s very odd season with no clear favourite to go down and all promoted teams doing pretty well.

Not managed to see the game. All I saw was 79 minutes Rodrigo 2-3
Gutted.
How did Struijk get on against Kulusevski? From what I’ve read not so well. But he’s a class act so no shame in that
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

Who would have thought that a Spanish international no 9 would be such a flop for two seasons ?

Or that Llorente a Spanish international would be a total flop ?

Indeed.

He is a bundle of energy but intelligence and technical ability isn't great.

I don't think Cooper is a great leader.

Far to error prone, can hardly say he leads by example.

A decent dressing room man I'm sure but an on pitch leader? Not for me.

Lack of options really on the bench - he went with experience presumably.

It's right on the line points per game wise for a relegation fight.

Had hoped for a bit of breathing room this season.

In terms of performance tools I suspect we are somewhere around where we are expected to be (14,15th).

It's very close for me.

We saw last season what can happen if teams around us improve 2nd night off the season.

Concerned that we will get caught out again.
