Definitely not playing vs Villa.

How disappointing

Cant read it but no way he is here before deadline tomorrow
Can't say I'm not surprised Cjay. Orta probably trying to knock a few quid off the asking price, meanwhile expect someone to come in late with a better bid

Unless we can get them to half the price its an overpay anyway Swannie from reading around.

But according to Phil Hoffenheim wanted £30mil up front, we will be trying to get tons of installments I'd imagine.

It's a huge amount of money on an unproven talent however you look at it

Talented though but vastly overpriced.

As someone pointed out on twitter his value has gone up £9k per minute played at Hoffenheim

Only played 35 games worth of minutes there.

According to SKY Sports in the last hour.

Leeds are close to signing Hoffenheim forward Georginio Rutter in a club-record £35.3m deal, according to Sky in Germany.

Talks are at an advanced stage for the 20-year-old with a medical expected in the next 48 hours.

A deal for the France U21 international would be worth up to €40m (£35.3m), surpassing the club's current transfer record fee of £27m paid for Rodrigo from Valencia in August 2020.

Also in the daily rags today.

20 year old French striker who plays for Hoffenheim in Germany

2 goals and 2 assists this season

Very highly rated

But according to German football expert Ronan Murphy he is full of potential (surprise surprise) not really the finished article now.

Inexperienced but talented
hell of a lots of money for a guy with his scoring record and he only cost under 1 million 12 months age. I hope we spent a lot of time following him otherwise a waste of money

I used to go to Primary school with a lad called Ian Rutter, we used to call him Rutter the nutter.

Hope that helps
