Sunday 22nd January 2:00pm |Elland Road
Brentford make the 400 mile round trip to Elland Road on Sunday afternoon, knowing that a win could propel them into the top six for the first time in Premier League history. It won't be easy though, past results favour Jesse Marsch's side. The Whites have only lost once in their last 16 home games against the Bees. Should Brentford pull it off, it will be only the second time in their history they have completed the double over Leeds. Last time out at the Brentford Community Stadium, the Bees did come away 5-2 winners though!
Archie Gray, Stuart Dallas, Crysencio Summerville and Adam Forshaw once again miss out, though 16 year old Gray has at least returned to training. After taking a knock against Cardiff City midweek, Max Wober returned to training today, and will start in the centre of defence ahead of the missing Liam Cooper. Patrick Bamford who scored a brace midweek, is is named on the bench, alongside Luis Sinisterra who is also coming back from injury. Georginio Rutter has been working on his fitness this week, and starts from the bench, he will be hoping for a cameo role.
Shandon Baptiste (hip), Frank Onyeka (thigh) and former Leeds favourite (Pontus Jansson (thigh) are all ruled out for the visitors, whilst Arron Hickey and Rico Henry both face late fitness tests.
