Meslier-7 . Did OK, made some easy saves.

Ayling-4 . Caught out down his side numerous times.

Wober-9 . A rock

Koch-9.5 even better

Struijk-6 . Nothing good or bad.

Roca-5 some careless balls.

Adams-6 . Ran alot but no real attacking quality.

Harrison-4 . Crap

Aaronson-3 . Worse

Gnonto-6 . Meh, nothing much.

Rodrigo-6.5, ineffective 1st half, grew a bit.

Good performance especially second half. Just a shame our world class offensive line weren't up for it today... Or was it Brentfords decision to commit 8 men to defence. Today the defence stood up well and our attacking play couldn't find away thru that black brick wall. If i was a Brentford supporter i would be asking questions about Franks commitment to win the game.

Meslier 7: Its difficult to rate a goalie when he has so little to do but he punched well on the odd occasion he needed to.
Ayling 8: A couple of lapses but he's getting back to the bill we used to know. He could get forward due to Btf lack off desire to win the game.
Koch 8: A couple of mistakes but stood up well against Toni this time and if you do that Brentford run out of ideas.
Wober 8: Composure!!! He won't get many easier games but i like what i see so far.
Struijk 7: Quite first half got into it more in the second when we dominated.
Roca 7: A couple of bad error passes his languid style always makes him look tired but linked play reasonably well.
Adams 8: The usual Adams didn't have much disrupting to do especially second half as btf bypass their midfield but solid as usual.
Harrison 7: Carried the ball forward well but ran into the brick wall like most of his team mates.
Aaronson 7: My pick first half faded a little second.
Gnonto 6: Welcome to the real PL Willy. Faced 3 players around him most of the game. It worked because he was fairly quite 2nd half i felt. Its ok tho willy most teams will have a go and leave you some space. Forced our best save from their keeper.
Rodrigo 8: Couldn't fault his effort again. Realized he wasn't going to get the ball up against a constant back 5 so dropped deeper and played like a 10 it worked well i thought. Had a few weak effort created by himself.

Bamford 7: I thought Paddy did well again.
Greenwood i will skip cos i can't remember owt.
Sinisterra 6: Looks off the pace understandably nice 1-2 but got the ball under his feet i think.

Meslier 7 not much to do but quick off his line, good with his punches
Ayling 5 defensively solid but culpable for a lot of the final third breakdowns
Koch 9 kept Toney in check
Wober 9 the reliability we've needed
Struijk 6 got skinned on one occasion but better defensively. Could have done more with some of his final passes but let Gnonto and Harrison take most of the chances
Roca 6 passing is still occasionally ?????? but bossed the midfield with Adams
Adams 9 cleaned up everything
Harrison 7 needed a bit more invention but worked some half-decent chances
Aaronson 7 part of why we were so dominant in the midfield. Got a good shot away for once, but, on occasion, needs to just pull the trigger
Gnonto 7 good counter play and took his one real chance well. However, like Harrison and Ayling, often simply hit and hoped his crosses instead of picking out a man or breaking down his defender
Rodrigo 6 beat Pinnock and played in Gnonto for our best chance but was otherwise wasteful, especially with his first touch

Bamford 6 couldn't change the game
Greenwood 6 needed more deadball opportunities
Sinisterra 5 his feet bungled one really good chance. felt they were better with Aaronson.

Great to see the two CBs getting 8s and 9s. Maybe the issue all along is the quality of certain CBs, and was never ' a system problem ' as some are adamant is the case. And one poor CB who is not up to the job can make his partner look bad.

We’ve kept a clean sheet, so obviously defensive players will get the better scores, but without question (and yes it’s early days) Wober looks very impressive.

Meslier 6 - Barely a save to make but was alert and commanded the box when needed.

Ayling 7 - Great second half especially, really pushed forward and did a good job defensively.

Koch 7.5 - Solid and handled their forwards well. Battled throughout.

Wober 8 - Commanding and put in some thunderous tackles. Really switched on, read things well and looks pretty nippy.

Struijk 6 - A bit loose early on but got better and got forward more as the game went on.

Roca 6 - A bit wasteful at times but defended OK.

Adams 7.5 - Usual non-stop display.

Harrison 7 - Worked hard but was lacking the end product a few times. Felt he should've got some shots away in instead of laying it off.

Aaronson 6 - Not much came off for him and didn't seem too committed to go in for the odd 50/50. Some decent play at times though.

Gnonto 6 - Didn't get much joy this time but kept trying. It was the defenders' day for both sides.

Rodrigo 5 - Really disappointing first half, poor touches and control and only slightly better in the second. Felt he'd get subbed at H/T, and was a bit surprised he stayed on until the 75th minute.

Roca 5 - His passing continues to be suspect. Gives the ball away in bad spots. One arrant pass led to a Brentford Corner.
Adams 7 - Solid, did Tyler Adams things.
Harrison 7 - Decent performance from Jack today.
Aaronson 6 - Little better today. But his brain is still not up to EPL speed.
Gnonto 7 - Solid, but the defense was geared to stop him.
Rodrigo 6 - Found it difficult to impact the match. Didn't really get much service.

Bamford 6 - Didn't impact the match. Didn't get hurt...
Greenwood 6 - A couple of good balls in.

Meslier 7- Never really tested, but did everything he needed to do quite well
Ayling 6.5 - One nearly massive blunder but otherwise energetic
Koch 8 - One of the best games he's had for us. Just a coincidence that Wober was alongside?
Wober 8 - Solidified our defense very well
Struijk 5.5 - Got turned inside out more than once
Roca 6 - Played pretty well until he started to tire in the second half and then a few bad passes nearly cost us dearly
Adams 7.5 - Tyler being Tyler. Another fine performance
Harrison 7 - Played well but the box was so congested he had nowhere to go
Aaronson 6.5 - What a pest for the opposition
Gnonto 7 - He's attracted a lot of attention and opposition are clearly starting to game plan specifically for him
Rodrigo 6.5 - Did the best he could given the crowd on the bus
