Will give the concert a watch when I get an hour or so spare as I have a busy coming up. You may have to remind me, James.

Cool, yeah know what you mean with being busy Leon.

The concert only lasts about an hour and then the guy has tagged on most of it again.

The orchesra's sound is fantastic, but they messed up the recording by having a poor mix with the vocals.

Even though the lads both have good voices, the vocals are probably too loud and vary between distorted, drowned out and over powering.

Maybe the acoustics of the concert hall.

Real shame that.

If OMD ever play with an orchestra again I'll be first in line for a ticket.

Saw them several times at Carlisle and they were brilliant, very memorable nights.

Some tosser set off a fire alarm in the middle of one of those gigs, and we had to go outside for half an hour. But the lads came back on and played as if nowt had happened.

Very classy guys Andy and Paul

I know so may great tunes they've done and yeah I know about Kraftwerk n all that, but these guys and Depeche Mode were also great pioneers for synth music at a time when there were much more popular and well established musical movements going on.

You can lead a horse to water Leon, but you can't make it drink

OMDs first LP and greatest hits are defo worth a listen folks.

Hey Leon,

OMD did a performance with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra a few years back and it's well worth a watch and listen:

Listened to this concert over the headphones whilst working today. So good, I watched the whole show this evening.

Two songs I'm voting for, I've never heard before.

Dream of Me (Based on Love's Theme)
Walking On The Milky Way
Souvenir

Thank you, James

Yeah, it's great Leon.

I'd never watched it until a few days ago and now can't stop watching it

Watched or listened to it three times, some of us oldies love mellow music.

'All That Glitters' is another favourite song for me.

I really wanna see them live again now. They were brilliant when I saw them live in the past, but I'm guessing that was about 25 years ago.
