Meslier - 6 blameless. Excellent 1v1 stop.
Ayling - 8 kept em in check, some real attacking quality
Firpo 6 one good attacking run, otherwise fine. Maybe should step up into Rashford but its Wober's error.
Wober 5 Bailed out early. Lost Rashford late but its a tall order.
Koch 7 2nd goal was his only flaw and the only thing he couldve done was take a more cautious angle to the ball. Garnacho's gonna be favored all day against just about every CB in the league. Great first half.
McKennie 6 solid but missed some passes that threw away some good possibilities
Adams 8 solid as always
Gnonto 7 quiet first helping Firpo, lively second. Just needed to get his shots in the corner.
Harrison 5 wasteful at times
Summerville 7 feels like an 8 but -1 for the missed goal. Need to hit that target.
Bamford 5 earned some fouls with clever soft play . . . and didnt seem likely to ever score for the same reason

Rutter 4 poor. Very poor. Needs to get some legs under him and move the ball off of his feet about 2 full seconds quicker every time. Early days but definitely not demanding a position in the starting 11.
Greenwood 6 NFL specialist did his thing on Super Bowl Sunday. Created from corners.
Aaronson 5 one good shot and then not much else in limited time. If he's stronger, he fights his way in to a couple of good opportunities, but he isnt and he didnt.

Meslier 7: Brilliant stop just before half time. Got a finger to the second to no avail.
Ayling 8: Solid again from Ayling. Didn't deserve to be on the losing side.
Firpo 8: When he got booked early on i thought here we go. Put his foot in and one fantastic run and a good ball into Jimmy.
Wober 8: One really poor moment nearly cost us a goal. Kept mu down to a few chances. Rashford sliped into space for his goal but the ball into him was inch perfect.
Koch 8: Another solid performance from Koch. He's found his feet again with Wober at the side of him. Looked slow on the turn at the end.
McKennie 6: I thought he was fairly quite in an attacking creative sense but we are going to need him in the run in. Will get better and i can see him scoring some crucial goals.
Adams 8: Solid and dependable. That early challenge got everyone up for it. Another one who didn't deserve to be on the losing side.
Gnonto 5: Tough day for our young star. Never really got into the game fh, improved a little sh. He's still the man for the occasion.
Harrison 7: Again found some intelligent spaces and run well with the ball but as usual he can run into trouble or lack ideas when he gets free. Good outing again tho.
Summerville 9: Our star man today without that magic dust finish. Got into some great positions, created chances, good with the ball and some direct running. On another day!!!
Bamford 5: Lots of measured running in our defencive shape but he's still dwelling on the ball at his feet and looks slow in comparison to others.

Rutter 6: One great turn and run but i don't think he fully understands what the coaches want from him. Lost the ball a couple of times. He has talent but i'm not sure where his best position will end up.

Meslier - 7 - Played well, not at fault for either goal
Ayling - 9 - Another great game from Luke. He was everywhere. My MOTM
Firpo - 8 - More of this, please, Junior. An honest to goodness defensive presence today
Adams - 8.5 - His usual excellence. He and McKennie together are a very tough duo. Their attitude makes me think of the days when Leeds were not to be bullied.
Koch - 8 - He and Wober were solid as a rock for 80 minutes today
Wober - 8 - See Koch
Summerville - 9 - But for DeGea's outstanding work Summerville had at least one, if not two goals. Very close between he and Ayling for MOTM
McKennie - 8 - See Adams
Bamford - 6.5 - Just couldn't seem to shake himself loose
Harrison - 7 - Getting better in the middle, but Aaronson would probably have been a better choice
Gnonto - 7 - Went MIA for a while, but generally a positive day

Rutter - 6.5 - Came on like a house afire, but struggled after that
Aaronson - 7 - Must not be pleasant to see him coming off the bench if you've already been running hard for 70 minutes
