My wife and daughter love his 'For the love of dogs' programme.
RIP Paul
We watch it regularly, not very often we don’t get a tear in the eye.

Very sad loss 😢

I've also read his books, they were a hoot. Paul lived his life to the full.

Love his TV/Radio programmes, I remember when Paul introduced his beloved dog Buster to our TV screens who became a celebrity on his daily show.

A warm, caring man with a wicked sense of humour whom will be sadly missed.

Not a good time right now personally, we lost a dear friend on Monday & we are still feeling heartbroken over the loss of Casper on the 22nd February.

Thank you, Kev.

We were only saying last week, how funerals are a regular occurrence as old-age sets in & weddings are a rare occasion.

Our concern now is our dear friend's funeral could fall on the week whilst we're on holiday in late April.

It's cr*p getting old, mate.

Don't think I ever saw anything with O'Grady in it but RIP

Same here. It's good that he was nice to dogs, though. RIP.

20 odd years ago he lived in the mill opposite the David Hockney gallery in Saltaire which is fifteen minutes walk from my house, he used to frequent the Boat House Inn on the River Aire.

So he lived in Saltaire, prior to moving south.

What's the Boat House Inn like, Finn?

Nowadays it’s expensive but last time I went in they had a variety of ales and lagers which is good.
It’s in a nice setting especially on a sunny day.

Yes he did.
He lived near me for a few years, he was in the local pubs and he wasn't like he was on that dog show he was more like his Lily Savage character, sharp as a tack, quick witted, and could be as brutal with a tongue of fire with still a twinkle in his eye.
As seriously lovely bloke at heart.

RIP Paul.
Gone too soon.

He had the apartment as a 2nd home to the one down south as he did a lot of pantos and work up north, made sense than staying in hotels etc.

Yes, I'd agree with that. What I meant was I don't put humans on a pedestal above animals.
