People have been calling for Roca to be dropped. But to be fair, he's offered more than McKennie. More completed passes. More shots on goal. My criticisms of McKennie were based on the 2 previous games. And it was based on attitude and lack of effort. You couldn't accuse Roca of the same. Roca has been a disappointment this season too. But we're short on senior - fully fit midfielders. I would like to see a better player than Roca in the team.

I'm happy to see McKennie continue after the Leicester game. But Javi will have more options. More minutes from Forshaw. Hopefully Wober back.

Much better. Pleased to see we have a player that can contribute. Not a £30m player by any means. But someone who's pulling his weight (no pun intended)

Can we accept now that McKennie is just the fat lad in the school team that flatters to deceive, he even tackled himself in the second half.

Just before the end of the first half I pointed out to my mates he was stood next to Summerville and is literally twice the size and my mate responded and quite literally half the talent.

Please dear God send him back to Juve now and give someone, anyone else a chance in midfield

And that in itself speaks volumes Sara, what a sad state of affair we've become.

Are you as pissed off and in the doldrums as much as me ?

It'll make me feel better if you are, i can't go through all this again on my own.

It seems to me that none of the players are fit enough to play 90 minutes... The general fitness levels have dropped so much in the last season.

But McCalorie's attitude seems to have gone as well

Maybe getting them to do some training or practice defending set pieces rather than having jollies to Monaco !

Another very 'meh' performance from WM today. Says a lot when a Dallas, Klich & Forshaw midfield would run rings around our current midfield. Though I'm sure Tom Fishfingers will pop on at some point to remind us how brilliant WM in and how we are lucky to have him.

McKennie was not good again today. Too many average to less than average performances. Yes, he is being played out of position. No, he is not out of shape. But I have followed his whole career. He is playing his worst football right now. He will not be with Leeds in the Championship next season.

It has always been Weston's dream to play in the Premier League. It's why he came to Leeds. And to play with Tyler Adams. I just wonder if there is another Premier League club that will take a chance on him after this.

I think somebody would but likely at around the £10m to £15m mark rather than for £30m. Definitely seems like we like to overpay for players.

FFS I wouldn't even take him at 10M-15M after watching him since January.

For my love LUFC and the United States National Team this player needs to be elsewhere next season.

It’s not just the transfer fee, though. It’s the wages. It’s the sense of urgency. It’s all lacking. Most teams would simply go with another, better player that costs less and is willing to bring it.

To Paul’s point, who’s got room for a luxury player like him? Regardless of McKennie’s dream, I don’t think his game is suited to the EPL. Bundesliga, Italy and maybe Spain, but the Premier League is a different animal.

Read my mind, Paul. For the USMNT, he needs back in Germany, Italy, or possibly Spain.

I think it will be Germany playing for Dortmund. But that's just me reading the tea leaves. Dortmund play in McKennie's favored 4-3-3. And the right sided midfielder in that spot is Jude Bellingham who they will surely lose this summer. There have been rumors of him moving to BVB in the past.

And rumor has Dortmund rates Summerville, as well…

Yea, they see him as a direct Dutch replacement for Donyell Malen.

I think Spain would suit him, they have more time on the ball there.

Did you notice yesterday how he only just got a pass away at the last second as someone was just about to pounce on him, the Prem is faster, you haven't as much time to act and think here.

I've thought, for a bit, that his starting spot in the midfield of the USMNT could be fleeting. With Adams and potentially Musah, there is a need for someone more creative.

I'd like to see McKennie tried up top as a 9/false-9.
