Re: Manchester City v Leeds Utd Match Thread - The coronation of Big Sam: Can he lead Leeds to victory?

Post by DDB220 »

SA on Sky build up believes the first 10 mins of the match will give him an indication of how well we are going to do, if we don’t concede he will be more confident. Possibly, but this season we seem capable of conceding goals in bunches pretty much anytime during the game.

It is hard to see beyond a pants down drubbing, but there is always that tiny element of optimism that is always present before each game.

Utterly convinced its Kristensen and Wober at cb.

Not keen on Kristensen at all

But he's a big lump

He and Wober have played together for years

And they both Played with Haaland at Salzburg which may give a small understanding of how to deal with him.

May not work but can see the logic

Just noticed Robbie Keane is back.

Hopefully he can teach Luke the goal celebration :)

Good Morning All.

ESPN showing the formation as 3-4-2-1. Certainly looks like a ballsy move by Big Sam!

So far so good.

Only have to defend for another 87 minutes (plus stoppage).

We got lucky there. Alvarez should score that.
