I’ve said before, an assist only counts when a goal results, otherwise it’s just a pass. Just think what Jacks stats would be like if we had a decent finisher.

Jack is a class player who gets too much stick from some of our fans. If we go down which is still a long way off happening I just hope he stays for the fight next season.

Re: Jack Harrison
And yet so many on here slag him off and want him gone.
He is frustrating at times no doubt. But he IS a Premier League level player. If he were more consistently at his best level he would be playing for one of the top clubs.

Re: Jack Harrison
He is far from being a class player
Throw all the stats out you like but I prefer to judge by what my eyes see.
He is for the majority of games poor or very poor.

Re: Jack Harrison
If we're happy with Harrison and others similar then we're happy with our league standing.
Take Leicester for example where he had the assist and little else from what I can recall and many think he had a good .
game. Guess that sums us up.
Compare his performance to that of Maddison ? Was if even close?

How many chances did Maddison fluff? Jack made it happen when it mattered.Phild wrote: ↑Thu Apr 27, 2023 9:21 pm If we're happy with Harrison and others similar then we're happy with our league standing.

Re: Jack Harrison
So you thought Harrisons overall game was better than Maddisons.
Give me Maddison any day of the week when we are using words like class to describe Harrison.

Re: Jack Harrison
Tbf Maddison is class and has more Premier league goals and assists for Leicester this season than Harrison has for us despite playing a few hundred less minutes.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Thu Apr 27, 2023 9:43 pm It's ok. You can continue your love affair with Maddison by becoming a Leicester City fan.
Same every Premier League season tbf, Maddison has a better goal contribution ratio than Harrison.
Big fan of Maddison.
Much better player than anyone we have imo.
I'd swap any player we have for Maddison in that 10 role.

Re: Jack Harrison
So he wouldn't be good enough for us ?
For 95% of games this season even Ayling and Firpo would have had Harrison in their back pocket !!!

Re: Jack Harrison
Saw this and thought it was interesting, wonder what the deal is with Jack, sad that he never got the transfer that he wanted or that he's one of the few that actually cares?

Re: Jack Harrison- New contract potentially imminent
Bournemouth
Good
5 decent cross
3 interceptions
2 passes
2 tackles
2 defensive headers
2 block
1 fantastic ball control
1 dribble
1 run
1 shot on target
Bad
6 lost marker
4 crosses
3 passes
3 dribbled past
2 lost possession
Jack the master of hit & miss, so many good parts in his game, also littered with too many errors
Hope Sam realises Jack is not a left-back.

Re: Jack Harrison
Leons's good and bad will be interesting
Didn't complete a single pass in the 1st half.
Ended with a 20% pass rate
5 passes . . . . . . . In 60+ minutes
As good as City are I'd be amazed if there is anyone worse ever
Even Roca managed 9 and a 55% one

I only highlight the decent, difficult, penetrating passes, not all the tippy-tappy, sideways, backward passes, so yes it could be interesting, Cjay

Re: Jack Harrison
Harrison was poor, but was still better than Gnonto.
Two decent crosses, one led to our only corner.
