Bournemouth have reacted to circumstance and acted decisively when it presented.

It is not a case of not been able to compete with nBournemouth. We are now a championship club with a mountain of crap to sort out. Whereas they are a premiership club with a strategy. It is a no brainier decision.

I'd assume Bournemouth management had a plan & this appointment was in the pipeline for weeks/months, better than having no plan on & off the pitch.

From a football perspective, I don't think they could organize a piss-up in a brewery. I hope I'm wrong and they focus their attention on where they can add value and stay out of the dressing room.

Do we really think Radz was able to dominate the board-room for the past 5 years? UNLESS ----- this was one possible outcome for them - "how do get to buy a controlling interest at the lowest cost?". easy let the club fail in the short-term.
Wouldn't be the first time in the mergers/acquisitions game.

I will remain cynical and skeptical until they step out of the shadows and talk like owners - mainly to the fans. Until then, I expect the Glazers.

I'll know which direction we are heading come August, once the appointment of a coach & the squad we go into the new season is apparent.

I knew we were heading back to the championship as far back as January 2022. Losing at Forest & Everton plus the loss of Adams, Rodrigo & Sinisterra confirmed my fears of the fragility of our squad & relegation. Our inability to win home games against Palace & Leicester was the final roll of the dice, which we screwed up admirably.

Tbf Orta said all they did when appointing Marsch was bring there plans forward and Marsch said he first had a long chat with Orta about taking charge in 2020.
