It's going to be an intense season with Farke.

With Gladbach he failed because the whole team failed. Too many of the top-stars thought they were too good for this style of football, where hard work and team-play was needed, and only performed in the big games.
I hope some of the 'stars' at Leeds that are 'in their own opinion' too good for the Championship leave, and Farke can build a team out of the players that want to be here.
If Farke can stabilise the defence and the owners can get in a decent striker then Leeds will be in the Prem next season.
With Farke the team have to give 100%, so I think the chance of Leeds getting promotion lies firmly with the players.
Farke will play possession football, and will always stand behind his players ( not always a good thing ), but for the Championship that should be plenty good enough.
Even Pep Guardiola said that he doesn't watch much football, but ( I'm paraphrasing here ) when he does he liked to watch Norwich under Farke.
The next few weeks in the transfer market will make or break next season, certainly not the trainer.
I'm going to go through my list of cliches now, but if the players can get behind the manager, play for the shirt, believe in the process, etc., etc., then Leeds will be Champions...by a long, long way.
Fills me with a little optimism.
But the thing is, the players don't.
Trying to create a 'team' is the best way to go.
And fck the individual shirkers off.
Let's see what's left in the box of chocolates after he's looked at all the dross.
I'm left feeling he's probably the best we could've hoped for considering the complete and utter shambles that followed the genius great work by my one and only, Chesney.
