Another 30 or so cup wins this season would be impressive. This post makes me think you're not actually a Leeds fan.. Manure is it?

I said wins not cup wins back to the don't support Leeds argument because I ain't doing cartwheels over beating Shrewsbury the league is the bread and butter the cups will be irrelevant once we come up against a decent side plus the squad depth ain't strong enough for the league yet let alone the cups

The only way these young players improve is giving them a run in the team then they feel comfortable relax and show what they really can do instead of trying to hard,.
Gelhardt looks v talented imo and could turn out to be a v good player not bloody loaned out again

Gelhardt has tons of ability. Did well with a one of the best teams in the championship last season. He should be a valuable part of our squad this season.

Yes we need to give these young players game time but we also badly need more experience in the team to help them along. Look at the team that finished that game tonight. Apart from Ayling and Darlow, that was a very young and not that experienced side. We cant expect miracles from them......just yet

Job done tonight, avoided a banana skin and we have failed that test several times in recent years. Good team spirit to come back from behind again, good to get the first win under the belt, good that Farke made changes and improved the side. A lot of positives in these early days.

Dan James seems to be this season's whipping boy already.

I haven't seen tonight's game as yet (at a wedding do) so can't comment on this game as yet.

He played well second half against Cardiff including putting the ball in the net, but Ayling given offside.

His ruled out strike against Hearts was top draw, just a pity Bamford was trying to have it off with their keeper..

Personally I think he will have plenty to give us this season.
