Struijk will play right side in central defence one assume. Which does weaken us but hopefully not detrimentally

Dont understand the logic of giving Cresswell a new deal, a prominent squad number then having him play second fiddle to an out of position player.
Had hoped if nothing else relegation would see us move past people like Cooper.
Glad to see Kamara start, Gray needs a rest.
Same with Ayling out
Would have preferred Poveda to James.

Cooper needs to have a good game if he’s going to keep his place.

I like to see what Kamara adds too to our link up, maybe helping move forward as Piroe moved back. One thing about James and Summerville is that both tend to cut in, James provides more width. I know when Summerville drives across field we don’t know yet how to move around him and cluttering the box, although that showed signs in the mast match.

Re: Leeds Utd v Watford Match Thread
are we begin to see how DF operates with the media? All week long he's been praising the importance of Luke Ayling, then he benches him (justifiably imo after Hull). Maybe its his way of softening the blow, keeping the player onside and making sure they're willing to fight for their place?

Very quiet in the pubs, around and inside the ground.
Dead easy getting in at the turnstiles, very odd.

Is your match pass working, Paul? Mine is currently showing "currently not broadcasting" which is typically not the case 6 minutes before kickoff.BlackHillsPaul wrote: ↑Sat Sep 23, 2023 1:51 pm Good Morning All!
