I also use the BBC but do use Sofascore to look at the stats for a game. I find them interesting - things like heat maps for where each player spent their time on the pitch, and comprehensive player and match ratings.

I like the bells and whistles Sofascore has too, Malcolm. Along with the heat maps there's a handy button labeled, "Player's Average Positions" that is available under the "Lineups" tab that can give an interesting insight as well.

Agree Ash - its interesting stuff. I also find they are pretty on the ball getting those stats up there. Not quite real-time, but certainly worth having the app open while you're watching the game.

If you're looking for just live scores, I use Flash score and Futbol24 both on my phone and laptop
